STOCK STATUS CODES

What our stock status codes mean:

IN STOCK

In Stock means that this product is currently in stock and available for delivery
or in store collection

OUT OF STOCK

Out of Stock means that we have temporarily sold out of this item but are expecting
more stock to come in with our next supplier shipment, please place your inquiry
as per normal and we will advise you on the expected time you would have to wait

Pre-Order means all newly released designs not currently in stock are available to pre-order at this stage, this is highly recommended as stocks are generally quite limited and may sell out well before arrival.
Pre-ordering guarantees you will get the bear of your choice once we receive your deposit.
Please note that we will only accept pre-order deposits for the number of bears we have been guaranteed in our allocation

WISH LIST

Wish List means that we have now already sold our entire allocation of this design so cannot take any further pre-orders on this bear.
We can add you to a wait list in case we get any cancellations or Charlie Bears get any cancellations that they can allocate to us.
If any more bears become available we will then contact you to confirm that you still want one, your deposit would then be required once we confirm that we can supply the bear you want.

SPECIAL ORDER

Special Order means that this design is not currently in stock but may be ordered in for you from the manufacturer
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on supplier and that due to international currency fluctuations the price shown is an indication only, we will confirm both availability and current price with the manufacturer and then get back to you so that you can then make a final decision on proceeding with a special order
